High purity fused silica refractory products are manufactured by a special process to ensure a high quality surface finish and a great dimensional accuracy. ECOFILL refractories are very resistant to thermal cycling of gas heated furnaces and aluminum castings.

Graphite / Carbon

Graphite is a mineral of extremes. It is extremely soft, cleaves with very light pressure and has a very low specific gravity. In contrast, it is extremely resistant to heat and nearly inert in contact with almost any other material. These extreme properties give it a wide range of uses in metallurgy and manufacturing.

For those companies that still have extrusions running on Graphite or Carbon, ECOFILL supplies a broad range quality grades of Carbon products, i.e. slats for conveyor belts, separating pegs, plates in various shapes, hardness and thicknesses.
